Yum-Yum Hummus
This classic Middle Eastern dish can be blended in no time. It’s traditionally served in a bowl with drizzled olive oil and paprika sprinkled on top. You can also use it as a sandwich spread. Either way, it’s sure to make your taste buds beg for more.

1/4 cup chicken or vegetable stock
14 oz. can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
3 cloves garlic
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. tahini (sesame paste)
1/2 tsp. sea salt

Combine all the ingredients into the large blending cup. Twist cup into base, push down and pulse until a smooth consistency is reached. Traditional hummus is served in a bowl with drizzled olive oil and paprika sprinkled on top—enjoy!

Banana-Fana Strawberry Smoothie
Nothing cools off a hot summer day quite like a refreshing frozen smoothie. It tastes great as a morning wake-up call or as an afternoon snack. Want to make it extra special? Add a drink umbrella and pretend you’re on a relaxing tropical getaway. Cheers!

1 banana
4-5 strawberries
splash of orange juice or milk
1/8 tsp. vanilla
1 cup previously finely crushed ice

Combine all the ingredients into the large blending cup. Twist cup into base, push down and pulse until smooth consistency is reached. Serve chilled.

One-Slice-Isn’t-Enough Cheesecake
Summertime, and this cheesecake is easy! Your sweet tooth will thank you for this amazingly creamy recipe. Enjoy it as a delicious post-dinner treat. Or for breakfast—because why not?

1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 graham cracker crust

Before you begin, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add all the ingredients (except graham cracker crust) to the tall blending cup and mix until smooth. Place graham cracker crust into bake pan. Pour mixture into crust and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes (until set).
